Dear Parents and Students,I have told myself that I would stop the blog after the 9th August meeting. Till now I still heard news that nothing has been done in the school and the meeting was just the Pengetua plot to conceal her mistakes. It was her devious way in making the parents happy and getting them off her back while she resort to her personal agenda. Lately (this afternoon at 1.12pm) I received an an SMS that tomorrow (26th SEPT 2008) is Puan Lee Tsock Wah last day at the school. It seems that she has been transferred out of SMKBUD4. The Pengetua did NOTHING to prevent the transfer knowing very well that it the school is already short of teachers and it takes months to replace a teacher. Puan Lee Tsock Wah was among the founder of the school and her commitment is appreciated by all the parents. It makes no sense to transfer her out. What is the Pengetua up to? We all know how much the Pengetua hates Puan Lee and how much the students and parents love her.
Anyone with a normal intelligence would know Puan Lee’s contribution to the school and how she has build the reputation of the school. A sensible Pengetua would break his/her back to ensure that Puan Lee stays on, instead she did the opposite.
Here are some questions that I post to the Pengetua.
- At the meeting, minutes were recorded – where are they?
- Issues were raised at the meeting – such as the in-proper spending of the PIBG funds. – What remedy action has been taken?
- Discipline and fights in the school – what action has been taken? No notice has been send out on this.
I heard from the grapevine that more teachers have applied to be transfer out citing that it is IMPOSSIBLE to work with the Pengetua. How many more casualties must the children face before actions can be taken? Can someone help and will the PIBG please do something instead of sitting down and letting this matter erode further.
Lets UNITE once more and do something for the school. I am sure we have enough of the Pengetua's lies and all her empty promises to the parents and to the school.

I believe the PIBG is already useless and they've all given up. Now, this is not just an issue involving bu4 but we must let all parties know that this kind of practice by the principal should not be allowed to take place!
I suggest that the administrator of this blog stand out to lead parents, studnets, teachers and everyone else to find ways to get rid of the principal! It has to be done immediately. We cannot lose Pn. Lee. She has contributed so much to the school, we all know it.
We cannot rely on the PIBG anymore. A new group must be formed to take charge of this issue.
I am one of the many parents that attended the 9th August meeting. I remember very correctly that a parent asked if this would be minuted (I was sitting very close to her and I rememeber it very well). We were told that it would be minuted and the minutes would be circulated. It has been 1 month and 17 days now and I dont see any sign of the minutes. What actions has the PIBG taken after the meeting? I appeal to all parents to once again unite and resolve this issue as it seem that both the Pengetua and the PIBG are covering up something. Please act NOW.

Pn. Lee did not attend the ceremony this morning. Despite that, the Pengetua has already announced that Pn. Zubaidah would be Penolong Kanan and Pn. Aini to be P.Kanan Kokurikulum.
It seems that the Pengetua has her line up ready to take over these positions. SO quickly, she could announce this during the assembly this morning.
We have to do something now!
The Pengtua actually wrote a note saying that she could not work with PN.LEE and requested to transfer her out. These are all planned by her.
i wonder what the pengetua's next move is..

oh yeah, pengetua has a kursus for 2 weeks after the hari raya holidays and she wants to speed up the process of getting rid of pn lee?

pn lee, if you're reading this. i just want to acknowledge what you've contributed to the school these past years. yes you might appear like a monster but then it was a disguise. beneath that monster mask lies the heart of an angel who strives to lead the school to be the best.

We( parents, teachers, students and ex students) must be united to save once a good school.
PIBG is hopeless and doing nothing to help the situation.
A lots of parents are not aware that Puan Lee was forced to be transferred out by the Pengetua.
SMS is a powerful tool, spread to all parents,ex student and whoever you know.Tell your children to inform their schoolfriend to inform their parents in school about this blog to gather more support.Get politician/reporters to assist if possible.
admin, can we have a special dedication post to pn lee? nice comments to her can be written there. instead of it jumbled with dislikes to the pengetua.

The news of pn lee tsock wah leaving came as a great shock to me.through all the years being in this school pn lee has never been nothing but an excellent teacher. she has always done whatever she could in order to maintain the stability of the school.she has helped build up the school name in many events such as the promoting the cheer and malam bakat. I know this from experience as i was a student of this school and was a cheerleader. I do not see how can the school let such an amazing teacher go. i hope that the respective authorities will do soemthing to solve this matter which is by not transferring pn lee out.

I cannot believe what I recently heard, Pn. Lee being TRANSFERRED OUT from bu4. How on earth can this happen? How can the pengetua do SUCH things to a highly respected teacher like Pn.Lee?! Pn.Lee has no right to be treated like that. Teachers should not be transferring out from the school. If they do, who will stand up against the Pengetua? What will happen to the students in school? They are innocent and should not be involved in this kiosk. Why didn't anyone stand up for Pn. Lee? SMKBUD4 took so much effort to built up its name and because of one lady, its all going to be destroyed.
She has been transferred to Bukit Bintang Boys School.Hopefully their HM isn't like the one we have here :/
No point griping. Are you going to let Pn. Lee leave just like that? Half the battle is lost if all of you accept it lying down. STEP UP & TAKE ACTION! FIGHT to have Pn. Lee stay on to serve in BUD4. Determination is the key to success.
