I have received reports from some parties confirming that Puan Lee has voluntarily asked for a transfer out of the school due to unreasonable pressure form the Pengetua. It was definately NOT a promotion but rather to get away from an unreasonable Pengetua. It seem that everything Puan Lee does is wrong in the eyes of the Pengetua and she was left with no choice but to opt for a transfer. If the parents had UNITED and acted earlier, this tragic situiation could have been prevented. I hereby appeal to all parents, teachers and students of the school to unite once again and to take the necessary actions needed to prevent other teachers from being transfered out.
Guess who has replaced Puan Lee as the PK-1 (Penolong Kanan 1) - Remember the "bilik kesihatan matter" - Puan Zubaidah is NOW the new PN-1. Now logic should say that if Puan Lee leave, the next person in line should be Puan Soh and NOT Puan Zubaidah. It doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure out that there are some very very fishy things going on between the Pengetua and Puan Zubaidah.

I suggest that parents, students and teachers group together to send in a group complaint to the Public Complaint Bureau of The Prime Minister's Department.
It is good if the administrator of this blog can take the initiative to contact parents, teachers and students.
The complaint has to reach a higher level as all the complaints made earlier have been ignored by the officers involved.
If anyone would know a minister or deputy would be even better as this case is very urgent.

bud4 is going down sooner than we all think.
Don't be surprised if some of the senior teachers are transferred out after this, including those who have been in the school for a long time. A very reliable source told me that some senior teachers in the school had indeed lodge complain about the pengetua to the education department and now she is on a witch hunting spree aimed at these teachers and making these teachers live hell in the school.
Teachers in school are like living in hell!

I just paid a visit to Pn.Lee at her home yesterday.She was literally ill on Friday so that confirms the fact she didn't disappear on purpose.
Spoke to her for 'bout 30 minutes but she looked a tad bit pale so didn't speak to her for too long.
Our dear teacher transferred on her own accord and was not offered a higher position in the Bukit Bintang boys school.She's still a PK so that 2nd anonymous anonymous*points up* is crapping about her getting a higher post.Please get your facts right before you go around claiming things.
Though,I wouldn't say that Pn. Lee was forced to move out.She moved out simply because the pengetua was controlling her too much.Can I say 'seperti kerbau dicucuk hidung'?Who WOULDN'T want to move out?I know most of us would move out if we had the choice.Can't do this,can't do that.I'd tell more but I don't think this is the right place.

Pn. Lee Tsock Wah is a dedicated teacher & a great admin who cares for the students, teachers, general staff and the good name of the school. Her commitment to the school is indisputable. All of us are aware of this. Maybe that's why the 'new' principal feels threatened, insecure. It does not help that she has created a culture of moles who form her inner circle and strut about as little napoleons. Probably there is misjudgement by someone higher up becos despite the matter being reported to JPS & KPM, no concrete action is seen. If so, to jaga muka/ jaga hati, Pn. Lee has become the casualty. Where is transparency, integrity and accountability?When people at the top subscribe to crooked ways, credibility is gone! And this is the education sector. What is the message to the students? The two Zs were carrying on in broad daylight for all to see. Students are made reluctant observers of this spectacle!

Instead of nipping it in the bud, the situation has dragged on.
Did you all know that the approval letter for pn.Lee's transfer came only on thursday (25th September), the next day a ceremony was held to send Pn. Lee off. Pn. Lee was not feeling well and on MC therefore did not attend school and the ceremony.
The Principal did not bother and went on holding the ceremony to announce that Pn. Zubaidah Ishak was to be made PK1 while Pn. Aini Wardiah to be made PK Kokurikulum.
Did you all know that Pn. Zubaidah's appointment letter as PK 1 came as early as in August. That time, Pn. Lee was still the PK 1. How can that be?
Another thing is that Pn. Aini has not recieved her appointment letter, so how can the principal announce that Pn. Aini is the new PK Koko.
It is obvious that the principal has planned all these since months ago. We cannot let her go on!

I'm very sure ex students, teachers and students are aware of what Pn. Lee has done for the school. Who was the one that carried BU4 through the tough days when the school has got no pengetua? and is not once, TWICE! there is no doubt Pn. Lee sacrificed alot for the school. but now she was transfered out. Having a ceromony for "Yang diraikan" when the " Yang diraikan" wasn't even there was unacceptable! PEOPLE!! DO SOMETHING!
Looking at the current situation, there is a very high chance that the next ketua bidang will be one of pengetua's favourite. Looking through the names of teachers, i suppose Pn Karamjit will be promoted next.Since the pengetua can bring up anyone she like. announcing Pn Aini as the PK koku without having an appointment letter, anything can happen under the double z. SMKBUD4 will definitely be destroyed.

Honestly i dun know the full story on the current happenings in the school.
But pls bloody wake up! No matter how much you all bitch and moan about the current situation, substantial effort is seen even less.
Take for example the PIBG meeting thing. From what I heard from friends and students, nothing much has improved. So why was that meeting held in the first place when nothing (as it seems) came out from it?
I'm not trying to take away your fighting spirit for the school but in reality, what we're really doing is bitch and moan. I can't offer any alternatives because it might get you all into a lot of trouble.
From the way I see it, that hard-headed woman doesn't give a shit about what you all think, because she wants control and no matter what you all do, that woman has so far got her ways done regardless how much opposition she faced.
To Pn Lee, if you're reading this I would like to say hi Pn Lee. If it is really true that you transferred out of school at your own accord, then I wish you all the best in your future undertakings. If you were forced to transferred out, then I'm really sorry to hear that.
To the pengetua, I know that you visit this blog. However I'm not sure if you can understand English. Nonetheless, pls listen to the parents and the students. Dun ask them to relay their dissatisfaction to some secretary and have him/her to pass it to you. A woman in your status should have the courtesy to meet and discuss with the parents because they're gravely concern for their children's welfare.
Remember, Rome wasn't built in a day. This school was set up by the first pengetua Pn Liu Ling Ling. With her wisdom and guidance together with other dedicated teachers like Pn Lee Tsock Wah, the foundation of the school became strong; being one of the elite schools in the region.

I urge people not in my school to stay out of this.. It is sad that Pn. Lee left, therefore likening my school to a sinking ship. Don't fight here. take it to the battlefield. Pn. Pengetua is a crafty person. But take into account Mr. Tony Sio. he is the PIBG chairman. Is it not he who must approve the use of school funds in one way or another? The RM150k we worked for just disappeared. now, we don't even have money to re-stock our sports supplies. In the first place, why did he approve the building of the fountain? why is my school turning into a botanic garden when the toilets could be completely renovated? Why is my schools A/V system still crap when they said they'd upgraded it? Such is the misuse of funds. I don't support Mr. Tony. neither do i like the Pengetua.
For those of you who did not attend the 9th August meeting, let me highlight to you on the usage of the funds. This matter was highlighted by a parent and the details as follow:-
According to the PIBG constitution, a quorum needs to be present in order to approve the amount to be spend on the school.
However it was believed that sometime in December 2007, the Pengetua and a few PIBGs (3 parents) got together and approved the usage of the funds. This meeting does NOT have the number of AJK needed to form a quorum to approved the funds to be spend.
The fault first lies in the Pengetua as she is the advisor of PIBG and yet allowed this to be approved without the necessary AJK present. As a Pengetua she must be aware of the PIBG constitution. How can an advisor NOT aware of the constitution.
The second fault lies with the 2007 PIBG for not following the guidelines of the PIBG constitution and allowing the Pengetua to con them into approving the usage of the funds.
Yes the meeting was minuted and NO it does not have the sufficient quorum to approved the spending. Mr Tony Siu and the Pengetua should explain this error made.
This is a serious offend as the money which belongs to the PIBG has been bady managed and used without the correct procedure.

I am indeed very shocked and sad to hear that Pn Lee Tsock Wah was transferred out from BUD4 last week!!! WHY??? What wrong has she done to deserve a transfer??? She has been very dedicated to BUD4 school since day one when BUD4 was established. Pn Lee together with our beloved Ex Pengetua, Pn Liu Ling Ling had put in a lot of hardship, effort and previous time to build BUD4 school to be one of the most elite and much sought after schools in PJ.
Just imagine this... Pn Lee has scarified so much of her time and effort in BUD4 school, you think she wants to be transferred out on her own accord from BUD4??? It dosen't make sense! All her effort which she has deligently and ingeniously put into building BUD4 will be wasted after she has gone. Who will be that stupid to do such a thing??? NO definitely not Pn Lee. So this means Pn Lee did not voluntarily wants to be transferred out from BUD4 and neither is she greedy for higher post as one anonymous had mentioned earlier. Both are NO!
Pn Lee is just as happy as she was when she first joined BUD4 and will want to stay on in BUD4 until she retires. But however her fate took the worst after the arrival of our new Pengetua, Pn Zabedah!!!

I can't believe my ears that Pn Lee Tsock Wah is no longer in BUD4. It was a shocking news to me when my daugther told me on Friday that it was Pn Lee's farewell!
Why the sudden and brief farewell for Pn Lee? I am sure Pn Lee deserves a better farewell than Friday's! The worst thing is that Pn Lee herself can't make it for her own farewell because she was sick. Doesn't the Pengetua, Pn Zabedah has feelings?
Pn Zabedah should have postponed Pn Lee's farewell & KIV until after Hari Raya & also should have courteously informed us, parents of Pn Lee's transfer & the intended farewell for Pn Lee. So that we, parents can also attend Pn Lee's farewell.
Why the hasty farewell for Pn Lee? Are you afraid of us, parents again??? If you, Pn Zabedah had managed the school properly and in accordance with the statutory rights found in the PIBG constitution, then why are you running and hiding yourself away from us??? As an adminitrator of a school, you should be proud and always in the front line to greet parents and always be ready to answer to the students and parents needs.
No sadly no you are not. You prefer to hide and let others (like teachers)to answer on your behalf. Not only are you gladly disappearing from meetings with parents but also our once a year concert-Hari Bakat and Parents & Teachers Open Day (Hari Temu Suai). Where & why were you deliberately hiding from all these?

The principal is highly irresponsible to cause this sudden turn of event in school. At Friday's farewell ceremony, students appeared stunned and confused. Stunned cos Pn. Lee's transfer was a rude shock and confused cos the ceremony went on despite her absence. Students are agitated, upset, mad while the parents have started a storm of indignant protests.
For God's sake, we are already into the exam season. PMR is just round the corner!Pn. Zabedah is still doggedly pursuing her own selfish agenda without a thought for the students welfare! Please... give the students the peace of mind, confidence and motivation to do their best in the coming exams. Have a care - you are the PRINCIPAL! Pn.
