Puan Lee - Staying back??

Today after school period, I received numerous phone calls, SMS as well as emails that Puan Lee is staying back. This is indeed a very very very good news. I hope it's not a hoax just to please the students.

To Puan Lee,

The parents as well as the students in the school needs you. Your committment and dedication to the school in all these years are well noted and NEVER forgotten. No one can replace you and the students in the school will always cherish the time you spend with them and look forward for more of your leadership and dedication in building the standard of education in the school. Everyone in the school remembers the moment you walk up on the stage with the following sweet words - "Good morning I am Puan Lee". The moment these 6 words are heard, you can hear students cheering from the assembly.

Your colleagues also cherish the friendship and time you share with them. You are like a sister to them. The day when they heard you are leaving there was so much sadness in the school that you can feel that many teachers wanted to give up.

So glad that you decided NOT to leave and the fact that you put the interest of the students 1st by staying on (with all the issues surrounding you) shows that you are truely someone we will respect with the highest honor.

This is indeed reassuring and we are very happy to know that the school still have dedicated and caring teachers like Puan Lee. She could have taken the easier way out but no she chose to stay on to help regain the school's confidence and improvements. It takes a lot of courage and grit to tolerate the nonsense dished out by the incompetent and incapable pengetua and to all those dedicated teachers who are so stressed by the poor administration please stay on to fight this injustice. We need all of you - you are the pillar of strength for the school and the students need good quality leaders to look up to for motivation .

Dear Administrator and Puan Lee,

A great welcome back to both of you. TQ goes to Administrator for continuing to give all interested parties an avenue to pen their opinions. A big welcome back goes to you, Pn. Lee, for being magnanimous enough to return to the topsy-turvy school where pressure only mounts but, there's a light at the end of this very dark tunnel. The light is shining brighter and brighter. TQ for coming back to give hope and rays of joy back into the students' and like-minded teachers' hearts!!! Take heart that many sincere parents and students are with you and we shall continue this just cause, to rid the school of ill-fitting administration.

Dear All,

A quick update of what transpired this afternoon. I'm one of the concerned parents of this school. I called up Jabatan Pelajaran Selangor (jps) @ tel. no. 55186214, the direct line to Pengarah of JPS, Pn. Ashah Samad. I managed to speak with her and she's aware of our plight. According to her, since 9th Aug., jps had conducted 4 interviews with the pengetua and teachers (don't know which teacher wass involved). She wants to hear from all sides. She or her officers will be calling for a meeting with pibg comm. and parents this week but, pengetua is on leave. She is a friendly person.

I strongly urged all of you who are trully and sincerely concerned to call her up. Her p.a.'s name is Pn. Su (not sure of the spelling). Even though Pn. Ashah is in a meeting or elsewhere, please leave your name, contact no. and school's name to impress upon jps that there is a massive problem in our school. let's see whether jps can shorten pengetua's leave.

My friends, the ball is on our side of the court. Let's do our part, and as most of you have posted, we must step up to the plate. Let's do it and don't waste further time. don't fall into the trap that it's pmr exam, spm exam and finals, we're not disrupting these annual events.

Great news - Pn. Lee is staying!Certainly it's going to be difficult - wth the Principal om a warpath. Kudos to Pn. Lee for putting students' interest first. Evident at this morning's assembly that studrnts love her , though she may be loud and sharp. Her bark is worse than her bite. IN her morning address, she has rightly assuired students that she's here to stay and their focus now should be on good discipline and thourough preparation for the coming exams.Pn. Lee has got her priorities spot on! Can't say the same for the principal though.

Thanks to all of you who have shown great support for a dedicated teacher, things turned out positive. Believe in the power of numbers. Unite and your voices can be heard.
